1)White vapor cloud will form when leaks out ----- we should not assume that it is steam. We must go and check. ----- Vapor cloud is due to “ condensed water particles from air when butane gets vaporized”
2) Spills on body------ can result severe frostbite (due to vaporization )
3)Over filling of tanks and sample bombs is dangerous ----- thermal expansion results explosion
4)Vents should be at top most point --- other wise dead pockets will be there while venting which will result explosion while opening
5)Draining carefully ------ water can form ice and can choke the drins and valves
6)Sampling -------- outage tubes to be used
7)Air entry ------- air can enter into flare stacks due to light vacuum at inlet-can result explosion ------ even at other places
